Des que la radiaci\u00f3 ionitzant es va convertir en una aplicaci\u00f3 terap\u00e8utica, el c\u00e0lcul de la distribuci\u00f3 de dosi ha sigut un problema degut a la complexitat en la planificaci\u00f3 del tractament. Quan apareixen gradients de dosis o distribucions complexes en un tractament (en IMRT, IGRT o en radiocirugia, per exemple) o quan el teixit a irradiar \u00e9s molt heterogeni, els algorismes utilitzats en els sistemes actuals poden donar valors fora dels marges permesos per a la salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">S&#8217;ha demostrat que els m\u00e8todes de Monte Carlo i els basats en la equaci\u00f3 de transport de Boltzmann (ETB) aplicats al transport de radiacions ionitzants s\u00f3n el millor m\u00e8tode per a calcular dosi en qualsevol mena de mitj\u00e0 i geometries complexes considerant la f\u00edsica involucrada en el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">A partir dels TC realitzats en radioter\u00e0pia per a planificaci\u00f3, simulaci\u00f3 i verificaci\u00f3 \u00e9s possible reduir la dosi. No obstant aix\u00f2, \u00e9s crucial abordar els riscos associats amb l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 a la radiaci\u00f3 ionitzant i cercar maneres d&#8217;optimitzar l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 per a reduir la dosi rebuda pels pacients. En aquest context, els investigadors del projecte IRAMED estan treballant en el desenvolupament de t\u00e8cniques de reconstrucci\u00f3 d&#8217;imatge amb poques projeccions. S&#8217;estan explorant i desenvolupant noves t\u00e8cniques d&#8217;imatge que poden proporcionar imatges d&#8217;alta qualitat amb dosi de radiaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s baixes. T\u00e8cniques de reconstrucci\u00f3 d&#8217;imatge amb poques projeccions<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns eplus-wrapper is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex eplus-styles-uid-85233c\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column eplus-wrapper is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">La prova m\u00e8dica de Tomografia computeritzada (TC) \u00e9s essencial actualment en la pr\u00e0ctica cl\u00ednica per al diagn\u00f2stic i seguiment de m\u00faltiples malalties i lesions, sent una de les proves d&#8217;imatge m\u00e8dica m\u00e9s important per la gran quantitat d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 que \u00e9s capa\u00e7 d&#8217;aportar. Aquesta estrat\u00e8gia de reducci\u00f3 de dosi est\u00e0 en fase d&#8217;investigaci\u00f3, a difer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;unes altres que estan implantades en la pr\u00e0ctica cl\u00ednica i ja han sigut desenvolupades pels propis fabricadors dels esc\u00e0ners. S&#8217;aplicar\u00e0 a TC 3D i a Cone-beam i s&#8217;empraran t\u00e8cniques computacionals d&#8217;altes prestacions per a reduir els temps de computaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide has-ast-global-color-4-background-color has-background eplus-wrapper is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex eplus-styles-uid-3220d6\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column eplus-wrapper is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong><strong>3. Aplicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Artificial per a eliminaci\u00f3 de soroll<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">El repte m\u00e9s important consisteix a crear un filtre basat en Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia Artificial (Xarxa Neural d&#8217;Aprenentatge Profund) amb la finalitat de reduir el soroll de les imatges i millorar aix\u00ed la qualitat de les imatges. L&#8217;entrada seran els sinogrames o el senyal reconstru\u00eft amb dosi baixa, la refer\u00e8ncia ser\u00e0 el senyal reconstru\u00eft amb dosi alta, i la soluci\u00f3 els par\u00e0metres del filtre que a trav\u00e9s de xarxes neuronals conformaran l&#8217;arxiu d&#8217;eixida reconstru\u00eft (imatge TC) que aproximar\u00e0 de manera \u00f2ptima l&#8217;arxiu de refer\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O1.
